Managing by following the principle of “go and see”. It is our understanding that in order to truly understand a situation one needs to go to 'gemba' or, the 'real place' - where work is done. We have deployed a team of competent managers at the shop floor level which is the ‘gemba’ where the real value is added in order to solve problems that may arise at the shop floor level. These managers also form a part of the core team thus forming an inextricable link between the workers and the senior management and thus an essential bridge to proactive communication that benefits all.

Going that one extra degree which turns plain boiling water to power-generating steam. Nothing seems to change until the water reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit, which is water's boiling point. Nothing seems to happen until the temperature turns from 211 to 212 degrees. It is that one extra degree that makes all the difference. We have opted afforetstaion and several plants have been planted in the arid region with even CTech being a carbon negative organization. Efforts have been taken to convert the crop stubble into cattle field, reducing waste generation and odor neutral environment thereby making life more comfortable and environment more sustainable.

Decades of accumulated environmental negligence has brought the earth to the brink of various probable disasters. Having realized this right at the outset, CTech has consistently evolved sustainable green practices which have now become a part and parcel of everyday production in its factories.

‘Om shanti shanti shanti hi’ – the Indian philosophy which advocates peace for the environment, peace for others in terms of health and safety and peace for oneself. This summarizes in its essence the philosophy on which CTech has built its foundation of innovation and implementation of green practices. With this end in view CTech has perfected smart chemistry and combined its principles of green technology to provide a range of aversive repellent products.

The concept of zero discharge which is no effluent discharge outside the operating battery limits which is a practice increasingly finding resonance in organizations these days has been a practice that has been perfected and practiced by CTech right since its conception. Our commitment to our environment and its safety has led us to evolve newer and more novel products that are extremely low toxic and extremely low hazardous such as RodrepelTM, TermirepelTM, and CombirepelTM the only effective, green animal, insect, and bird repellents to have been ever produced in the world.

These products are based on plant-based chemistry. The expansion of ancient knowledge from Vedas and modern science has resulted in the formulation of these unique, extremely low toxic and environment-friendly repellent products.

Their training involves embellishing upon the various qualities that each of them already possesses in order to make each department self-sufficient and competent on account of its resourceful and efficient team members.

We have a highly organized departmental structure which includes the core management team comprising of key decision-makers and senior managers, a Research and Development department which develops constantly evolving practices and an array of customized solutions and services for our customers, a dedicated Marketing and sales division which are constantly involved in developing new markets and applications as well as providing customer support and technical assistance and a highly efficient production team which is involved in creating value-added products for our customers.

Our management follows the progressive principle of delegating authority across the hierarchy and empowering each department to take the initiative with the common goal of furthering the company’s competitiveness and efficiency and pursuing its interests dynamically.
