For new clients, the minimum quantity is determined on a case-by-case basis and confirmed by us.
No. We offer flexibility in packaging options. Products can be supplied in various packaging formats, including customer-specified packaging or materials provided by you.
Most products are readily available. However, given the wide range of Combirepel™ grades tailored to specific geographies and applications, some items may require additional lead time. We will inform you of the exact availability and delivery timeline.
Post-production sampling, if required, is conducted by an independent sampling, testing, or bonding agency of your choice. All associated costs are borne by the customer and are charged separately.
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs, including air freight, sea freight, postal services, international parcels, and courier delivery.
Yes. In fact, more than 85% of our production is exported.
Our preferred quoting currency is USD. However, we can provide quotations in Euros or other currencies upon request, subject to applicable conditions.
Our banking partners include Citibank, along with leading Indian banks such as IDBI Bank and HDFC Bank, among others.
Payments can be made via wire transfer (SWIFT) or banker’s draft using the bank details provided above. Our SWIFT details will be shared upon confirmation. We also accept payments through confirmed irrevocable letters of credit, subject to applicable conditions. Please note that Indian bank accounts do not use IBAN or ABA numbers.
